Vocational Rehabilitation (link to their site here) is a government service that provides assistance to individuals with disabilities to assist them to gaining independence and employment. Services offered by Voc Rehab include: counseling, life skill development, social and emotional skill development, job development (resume, interviewing, finding jobs), job placement and coaching and post-secondary education.
In short, if you have a disability(ies) that make it difficult for you to secure or maintain meaningful employment, you should consider Voc Rehab services.

Division of Service for People with Disabilities (DSPD)
Division of Service for People with Disabilities (DSPD) is a government agency that provides assistance to individuals with significant disabilities. These services include everything from respite care to employment support to housing and day program options.
In short, if your child has significant disabilities that will make it difficult for them to be independent, you should consider DSPD services.
